Did you get the November magazine issue of Diesel World?
They featured Stealth Performance in showing off the impressive low end gains the first run of our 3.0L F150 Powerstroke Module provided. A dyno measures power at wide open throttle, which is not relevant to everyday driving, however, you can still see how the power comes on earlier and adds power and torque in the RMA range you use for everyday driving. The first run added 50 hp and 100 ft lbs of torque at 2000 RPM.
The 3.0L Powerstroke may seem brand new, but they have been around since about 2016. The 3.0L is also in the TD6 Range Rover.
We got our hands on a 2018 3.0L Lariat Ford Powerstroke. The interior is enormous, the same size as an F250 crew cab! It is a comfortable and efficient truck. You see a lot of F150s out there, but very few will have the Powerstroke badge. It was cool to see people noticing it as we drove around.
So far we have put over 20,000 miles on the truck with the module on. Throttle response is right there and it has plenty of “up and go”! It is a super quiet and has made a great addition to our family. We are super happy with the drivability of the truck with the module, and we know you’ll love it too!
