RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY
Thank you for shopping at Stealth Performance.
If you are not satisfied or have issues with our product, we are here to help. Please read below to ensure the policy in place is fully understood. Feel free to contact us with additional questions or concerns.
Refunds are limited to modules that were purchased within 30 days directly from Stealth Performance Products. All returns within this period are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
If circumstances allow a unit to be returned after the 30 day period, the return is subject to a 25% fee. No returns will be permitted after 90 days.
All warranty is limited to the repair and/or exchange of the original product. Our modules can be exchanged in the case of manufacturer defects with proof of the original purchase of the product. See below Warranty section for additional information.
Apparel is a final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

We can issue you a return label at our cost for tracking purposes as needed.
All returns must be processed through Stealth Performance Products. Returns must be assigned a return merchandise authorization (RMA).
Any returns sent back without an assigned RMA will not be processed and may be forfeited.
You must include the order # along with an explanation of why you are returning it. We cannot be held liable for packages that are damaged or stolen. We recommend you keep your receipt / take a picture of the receipt with tracking information and forward to us.
Shipping charges are non-refundable. If we send out an exchange, we pay for the shipping to you. Your exchange will be sent out once we have confirmed that your original module is in transit back to us.
If we send a replacement to you prior to receiving the original/defect product due to any special circumstance: We expect the original product to be returned to us in a timely manner. You must send back the module/product being replaced within 30 days. If not returned within 30 days, we have a legal right to take action in order to obtain compensation for the product. While the product is in your possession, it is your responsibility.

We offer 24/7 technical support. Please call us anytime for immediate assistance with a problem (888) 613-4304. If you got a check engine light, we need to know the code/what the code means in order to troubleshoot the issue.
The product has a Limited Lifetime warranty. If the product is presumed faulty, please contact us for technical support and possible prompt exchange of the product.
This Limited Warranty is limited to defects in materials and workmanship of the product as supplied by the manufacturer.
What Does This Limited Lifetime Warranty Cover? Customer satisfaction is our top priority. The Limited Warranty covers any product that is purchased from us (“Product”) which fails due to a defect in materials or workmanship as long as the product is used normally and used in accordance with the purposes it was designed for. This Limited Warranty is subject to the terms, conditions and exclusions provided below. This Limited Warranty is valid only if you are the original purchaser of the Product. The Limited Warranty may not be transferred.
How Long Does The Coverage Last? This Limited Warranty begins when you purchase a Product and lasts for the length of time described in the product’s warranty. To determine how long your Limited Warranty lasts and because warranty periods may vary from Product to Product. Coverage terminates, including any and all implied warranties such as the implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, at the end of the applicable warranty period or earlier if you sell or otherwise transfer ownership of your vehicle using the Product. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you. If a Product is replaced under this warranty (“Defective Product”), a replacement Product will be covered for the remainder of the warranty period. This warranty for installed vehicle parts shall terminate immediately if you sell or otherwise transfer ownership of your vehicle that had the Defective Product, or sell a defective product to others.
What Will Stealth Performance Do? At our option, we will either replace any defective or malfunctioning Product at no charge or provide a return label to have the unit inspected and repaired. If Product is replaced under this warranty, we will warranty the replacement product as well, subject to the terms, conditions and exclusions contained in this policy.
What Does This Limited Warranty Not Cover? THIS LIMITED WARRANTY DOES NOT EXTEND TO ANY PRODUCT THAT FAILS DUE TO (i) ACCIDENT OR COLLISION; (ii) IMPROPER USE, INSTALLATION, MAINTENANCE OR SERVICE; (iii) COMBINATION OF THE PRODUCT WITH OTHER THIRD-PARTY PRODUCT(S) WHICH FAIL; (iv) ABUSE, MISUSE, MODIFICATION, OR NEGLECT; (v) FAILURE TO FOLLOW DIRECTIONS; (vi) AN ACT OF GOD (SUCH AS A FLOOD, CHEMICAL FALLOUT, SALT, HAIL OR OTHER ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS INCLUDING NATURAL DISASTERS); (vii) INSTALLATION OR USE ON VEHICLES USED FOR POWERSPORTS, OFF-ROAD, OR RACING PURPOSES WHERE SUCH PRODUCT IS NOT INTENDED FOR POWERSPORTS, OFF-ROAD, OR RACING PURPOSES; OR (viii) INSTALLATION OR USE ON VEHICLES USED FOR MARINE PURPOSES WHERE SUCH PRODUCT IS NOT INTENDED FOR MARINE USE.
THIS LIMITED WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER LABOR, TOWING, OR RENTAL CAR CHARGES, WHICH ARE YOUR SOLE RESPONSIBILITY.
THIS LIMITED WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, INDIRECT, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES. THIS LIMITED WARRANTY REPRESENTS THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF STEALTH PERFORMANCE FOR ANY PRODUCT TO WHICH IT APPLIES. STEALTH PERFORMANCE MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTIES OR REPRESENTATIONS OF ANY KIND WHATSOEVER, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AND ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES INCLUDING ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE HEREBY DISCLAIMED. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR THE DISCLAIMER OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
How Do You Get Service? In order to get your product repaired or replaced – you must contact technical support or complete the warranty support form to confirm it is indeed the unit that requires inspection. Once the required information is provided, we will assign an RMA for the original unit to be returned.
Your Limited Lifetime Warranty period begins on the date of purchase. We offer a limited lifetime part repair or replacement. If applicable, we will warrant the original part as long as you own the vehicle on which the part was originally installed. The warranty is valid for as long as the part is manufactured.
